With Proper Planning and Execution nothing is impossible.
319k is just a number, It's something i started as a hobby and got some wow results on the process. There are a lot more people out there who started writing content for a living and were serious from the very get go. You would see them having some serious results on this field.

Once you followed that blog and did accordingly, You'll see positive results coming out of it.
Now, for the social media part,
Create Social Media Accounts for your blog websites. You can create accounts in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, Tumblr, Pinterest And Quora.
Each are unique in their way and will Help your website rank in Google. Now coming to the social media platforms:
Facebook, Instagram & Twitter/X: Creating engagement in these platforms is the key. Create content that gives value, engagement will come on it's own in these platforms.
Reddit; Join subreddits, maintaining rules create posts it will give you quality engagement for your blog.
Pinterest: If you can design or add quality images to your blog it will help you get audience from the Platform.
Quora & Tumblr: In Quora write answers to questions that will give value to the users as well as having an impact on the site. Join Quora spaces as well for engagement. Tumblr's case is a bit of a mix of both Reddit and Quora. Follow those and you will do well.
Following these helped me get 319k views, but sky's the limit, one can get a lot if you implement it and stay focused.
